On this year's BET Hip Hop Awards there were many performers but the best performance of the night was from Rae Sremmurd. They performed their hit "No Flex Zone" and they had the crowd rocking. The rap duo and their dancers were on point. They put on a great show!

Other performances included Migos, Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, Ty Dollar Sign, DJ Mustard and T.I. Common also gave a memorable performance in tribute to the late Michael Brown.

A special performance was put on by some familiar females in the industry. Brandy, MC Lyte, Yo-Yo and Queen Latifah performed the remix to "I Wanna Be Down".

There were no performances by any female rappers except for in the cypher.

Speaking of the cypher, in each cypher there was one maybe two who really put it down but it wasn't one cypher that stood out better than the rest. Some of those rappers who stood out would include, Logic, Treach, Vic Mensa, Remy Ma and Juicy J. Wiz Khalifah spit a few rhymes but his attire was way more interesting. David Banner spit some bars but the best rapper in the cypher was Murda Mook!

Michael K. Williams aka Chalky White in the HBO series "Boardwalk" presented the honorary award to hip hop legend Doug E. Fresh. Doug gave a heartfelt speech about his mother who passed five months earlier. He and Snoop also performed the classic hit "La Di Da Di".

Other guest appearances will include rapper Nelly, Porsha Williams, Tatiyana Taylor and French Montana. There were a few noticable celebs in the crowd such as Bow Wow and Erica Mena, Busta Rhymes, Future without Ciara, Ne-Yo, Ray-J, Stevie J and his princess Joseline.

Nia Long also made a surprise appearance when she played along with Snoop in his skits for the classic films "Boyz N The Hood" and "Big Momma's House".

Snoop did an awesome job as the host. Will he be back next season? Why not! He's been the best so far!
