While it's been announced by Floyd Mayweather Sr. that Amir Khan could be his son's next opponent, Mayweather Jr. has also made an announcement regarding his career.

According to reports, with only two bouts left Mayweather Jr. is ready to put down the gloves. This past Tuesday during a roundtable at the MGM Grand,  the undefeated boxer made an announcement to reporters saying he plans to retire after his last fight.

"I only got two more fights left after Saturday and after the next two fights I just want to build the Mayweather Promotions brand," Mayweather said.

The 37-year-old fighter who is now 46-0 didn't reveal who his next two opponents will be. He said following his retirement he will still work with his fighters while building his brand.

So does that mean he won't be fighting Manny Pacquiao? That is the one fight Mayweather and Pacquiao fans are waiting for. Will Mayweather give in and fight the Philippine? The Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight will be one of the best fights in boxing history. It should be Mayweather's last fight before he retires. What do you think?
