Former first lady of G-Unit Olivia Longott has returned to the music scene and not only that the former "Love & Hip Hop New York star is releasing a new book.

According to reports, Olivia's new book "Release Me: "My Life, My Words" is a tell-all book which focuses on the singer's past relationship with G-Unit, personal issues and of course, talk show host Wendy Williams. Olivia tells Golden Grind that her purpose for writing the book is so people can get to know her.

As far as her music career she says she just wants to do the solo thing.

"It was a great era when I was apart of G-Unit but I really want to focus on Olivia," she said.

Olivia was casted on "Love & Hip Hop New York when Chrissy Lampkin and Emily started out. Rich Dollaz was her manager at the time. Olivia debuted her song "Where Do We Go From Here" on "Love & Hip Hop New York. She was also featured on one of Jim Jones songs during the show called "Hold You Down".

When Olivia was with G-Unit she was known for her vocals on 50 Cent's hit "Candy Shop".

Be on the look out for upcoming updates on the release of Olivia's upcoming album and book!
